mediocre stay with some issues
great facilityfood quality
the facility was acceptable for a business meeting, i must admit.
I found the food quality to be a major problem. I experienced digestive issues every day, something i had never encountered before and greatly impacted my comfort.

misleading reservationlate housekeeping
The check-in was a proper comedy of errors. i think they lost my reservation at least twice. the room wasn't ready until well past the stated check-in time. i eventually got a room. but then i had to call about some routine chocolates. it's a chocolate emergency. plus, housekeeping seemed to have a flexible schedule. My room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon which is not ideal after a day of activities.

i loved that the staff are so friendly. caroline from guest service was very cute and hospitable. the resort is very kid-friendly, with great services for families.
The location is not ideal. Many local people come to the beach trying to sell things.

the rooms are very clean and fresh with superb customer service, perfect for large families. pauline and walter greeted us warmly. we had an lovely time!!!

the kids' club and pool activities kept our children busy and happy. pools are well maintained and closely monitored. we enjoyed the evening entertainment and those dancers are great and full of energy.

the support staff provides great service, and the ambience was amazing. staff members are trained to meet international standards. they are friendly, always smiling, kind, reassuring, respectful, and always ready to help.

the breakfast offered fresh juices and kid-friendly options such as pancakes and cereal. the food is amazing. it includes traditional cuisines along with international dishes. the kids loved the food. !!!
